Bally Total Fitness locked me into a 3 year contract but TOLD me I was signing a 2 year contract San Diego, California

I called Bally's this morning to make some arrangements on my membership due to lack of employment, transportation and being 24 miles away from a facility which btw is only 1 mile short of being able to cancel the contract completely, and i was informed during that conversation that i had 2 years, not 1 year left on my contract because apparently even though the sales rep at the facility in Mission Valley TOLD me it was a 2 year contract he had me SIGN a 3 YEAR instead, and of course they are SAYING there is nothing they can do..that's bullshit, they can DO anything they want, but bottom line for Bally's is they don't care about the customer, ONLY the money.  I've filed a complaint with the BBB as well and if I can get out of that contract great and I won't be back, if I can't then I'll have to suck it up and buy myself out of it and again WON'T BE BACK and DEFINITELY will NOT be giving any referrals to them either, my friend warned me about them and their shadiness, but I didn't listen and now I wish I had!!!  They are nothing but a bunch of crooks!!!
