CAL SPAS WOUDL NOT HONOR THEIR WARRANTY AND NO COMPANIES WOULD DO WORK FOR CAL SPA DUE TO THESE ISSUES WITH THEIR WARRANTY. MY HEATER WENT UP IN THE TUB AND IT WAS ONLY FOUR YEARS OLD CAL SPAS MARYLAND Nationwide

I BOUGHT A CAL SPA BRAND NEW FROM A SHOP IN HAGERSTOWN , WHICH AFET FOUR YEARS NO LONGER SOLD CAL SPAS OR DELT WITH THEM . MY HEATER WENT UP IN THE HOT TUB . I CALLED CAL SPA AND I HAD TO GIVE THEM MY CREDIT CARD NUMBER TO PAY FOR THE PART AND SEND THE OLD ONE BACK. THEN THEY WOULD DECIDE IF THEY WOULD COVER IT IF THEY FELT LIKE IT HAD NOT BEEN ABUSED . NO COMPANY WOULD EXCEPT THEIR WARRNTY BECAUSE THEY SAID THEY HAD SUCH A HARD TIME WITH THE COMPANY . SO I HAD TO PAY THREE HUNDRED DOLLARS FOR THE PART AND TRY TO INSTALL IT MYSELF . I WOULD NEVER RECCOMEND THIS COMPANY OR PRODUCT TO ANYONE .

Having the same issue with warranty repair from Cal-Spas

I've been trying to get my spa repaired for the last year and have had the same issue. No repair facility will do the work even the ones listed on Cal-Spas' website for my area. They all have decided not to do warranty work for Cal-Spas because of their experience with the company. I am having one of the companies listed on their website come out and fix the spa but I have to pay them. I'm going to try and get the money back from Cal-Spa but I'm not holding my breath. This seems to be their MO. If they do not refund my repair I will be filing a lawsuit. I'm considering filing one any way because what happens next time something breaks wait another year?

I apologize for not responding to your complaint sooner. I recently moved from WA to CA and have just now reestablished my buisness.

I may be able to assist you with your Cal Spa warranty. I am an authorized warranty service agent. I am willing to work with your local repair company to provide as much warranty support as I can.

Please, contact me at: calsparepair@gmail.com. Please, include the serial number of your hot tub and the date the tub was delivered.

The serial number can be found on a metal plate on the outside of the hot tub cabinet. It is formatted like this: '05S-123456'. If the metal plate is not accessible you might also see the serial number on the shell of the tub above the control box.

Please, let me know if I can be of any assistance.
