Refund Ripoff

I hired Dianne Villano-Brown, owner of Custom Bodies as a personal
trainer. My last check to her was in August ´98 for ten sessions
(@30/each). By October 3rd. she had missed twelve appointments, and
did not give me the courtesy of a telephone call to explain why she
failed to show up. After 12 consecutive missed appts, I called and
asked for my money back. I have tried unsuccessfully to get a
refund. She has not answered my telephone calls or letters. Finally

I wrote to the Better Business Bureau, but after an exchange of
letters they too gave up and sent me a letter stating the problem
could not be resolved. I sent my last letter to her on 3/2/99 asking
what possible reason she had not to refund my money. I got back a
page of nonsense and a promise to send a check. No check has
arrived. I would be happy to send you (or any one else) copies of
all correspondence to Custom Bodies and the Better Business Bureau.

Ms. Villano-Brown has had my money since August, and despite
asking for a refund for five months, no monies have been refunded.
