my wife has not been to extreme fitness for some time ,yet they still bill us.

when we recieved the letter from thier credit we called right away and the response we got was, ooh well i guess you should have read the fine print all the time my wife was going to extreme fitness her personnel trainer kept cancelling her appointments and stiil owes her some.

Now they tell us we owe them $1152.30

extreme fitness is the only one i,m concerned about

shellco is only doing their job

that i guess is what their paid for

consider this a retraction of statements made to any person or company

these guys will do anything to make you get into contracts. I can assure you that this kinds of contracts are not legal and even if you void it, there is nothing they can do. 

just report your credit card stolen and they will keep calling you to get your new credit card info. 

don't answer the phone and if you do just say wrong number.

too can play that game.

you think they going to get a collection agency to collect a few grand from you? it cost more to hire a collection agency.

they are just trying to scare you, i know of these companies all too well.
