On 9/27/2010 at the FM 78 Golds Gym location in San Antonio, TX I was in the pool area in a yellow standard issue competitors swimsuit, same thing everyone wears at swim meets, competitions and even the olympics. I was told by Gold Gym employee that I could not wear it at the gyms pool area because it is yellow. It is solid yellow and no different that any other suit would be. This is discrimination at its finest! 

I was at the pool doing my usual routine ive done for years, swimming and use of thier hot tub. I was also accused of "posing and stretching in obscene gestures and positions" none of this is true and the gym has security cameras that can prove that I did no such things. THe gym employees immediately started accusing and discriminating even though (and they stated directly to me) that they never looked or observed to see if any of this was true. 

I have already filed complaints with golds gym corporate offices and have told them the same thing "Play the security video". I am also looking into how to file a lawsuit in this matter as I do not appreciate having my rights violated and being accused and slandered like this. Any lawyers or attorneys reading this: I am very interested in pursuing this matter, I refuse to let them get away with this.
