Fyi, if Lonnie Barclay has your checking account routing # and account # there is not much the bank can do other than close your account and reopen with a new account #. The only way to get my money back is to deal with Lonnie directly(fat chance). I did some research I found that 1901 Terrill Mill Road Suite # 30 Marietta Ga 30067 is listed as Don't Stop Fitness with a phone # 770-953-0477. The girl who answered the phone can hardly speak english and could not find my name in the system, when I asked to speak to Lonnie she said he was out of town(imagine that). I hope this info helps anyone else that is having the same problem.

Great site rip of report will not remove false statements, so anyone can write any false statements they want and it will never be removed. Look at there site about this, nice right? Anyone can make up what ever they want and have it posted. Why don't you give me your real name so I can sue you for slander. I have never been found guilty for anything in my life beside traffic tickets. As far as credit cards, people get mad when they sign a 1 year contract and try to get out of it, read what you sign and follow what you sign. You must follow the contract. It is a federal crime to do what you have accused me of. If you have a problem dispute the charge with your credit card company. When we get these disputes we always win because we have a signed contract by the person trying to dispute the charge. So the upset person writes anything they want true or not.

Yes, Don't Stop Fitness is DBA (doing business as) Main Event Fitness that is how companies are bought and sold. Maybe you should take a business course, and it is suite 300 not 30, and you have a problem with me having a life a traveling. We also have 2 different bilingual employees to help with some of our clients. Is that a problem also?

On my last visit to the gym I was rudely told my membership was inactive and I needed to renew so I decided to take my business elsewhere. Two months later $70 was drafted from my checking account. My contract states that on the 2nd of every month my dues were to be drafted not on 11th two months later. What gives you the right to draft my account whenever you want?  Sounds like you need to take a business course. What is the name of company Pro Sport Nutrition dba Main Event Fitness or Don't Stop Fitness dba Main Event Fitness? Hope you got a nice tan while vacationing in Gwinnett County.

Thank you for posting the phone number, I was unable to find it anywhere else on the internet. 

Yesterday I got an automated phone call which told me to "call my fitness center".  Having left MEF six months ago, I was confused.  After a lengthy search for a working phone number (leading to this site), I spoke to the woman mentioned in this report and she could not find my name in the system (MEF is the only gym I've been to). 

I was wary because my husband was contacted recently by a collection agency about his contract with MEF, which also ended six months ago.  His contract did not "automatically renew", nor did mine!  We made sure of that when the contract ran out.

Lonnie says, "If you have a problem dispute the charge with your credit card company. When we get these disputes we always win because we have a signed contract by the person trying to dispute the charge."  After MEF charged me $70 last month, I did exactly this, and I GOT MY MONEY BACK WITHIN TWO DAYS, thank you very much.

Someone would go to jail if I did what you say, that would be a Federal crime. When you sign a contract your account will be billed until the contract is completed. It is a shame that anyone can write junk on this web site when they are mad when we hold them to the contract they sign.
