Premier Fitness - Premier Ladies Fitness getting us for $2500.00 right at X-mas! Dayton Ohio

To make a long story short back in oct. 1999 my wife and two sisters went to the location in Huber Heights which at that time was called Ladies Premier fitness,under the assumption that there was a 30 day free trial period, well same as the other report about this company, you had to sign the contact for the 30 day free trial period.

They all three signed the contract with a three day cancellation period. My wife called the following day and cancelled the membership which really wasn't even a membership considering she never went back. When she called to cancel the membership because she no longer had transportation due to one of our vehicles breaking down she was told that was ok and that they would take care of it, you would think they would just shred the documents but that didn't happen. My wife even mailed in the cancellation slip to them.

Both of my sisters also cancelled thier memeberships within the three day period. I believe these so called memberships were around $800-$900 for a year, well that's what they held my wife and sisters responsible for. Although it didn't end at that price for us. They have now tacked on interest AND court costs to the sum of $2400.00.

Their law firm has issued a garnishment of my wife's wages (which is already short due to the fact she is on a disability leave of absence from work due to back surgery) and has left us in one of the most difficult situations. We now are in a situation of not being able to meet our other bills ie. house & house bills and car payment all because of a "free 30 day membership".
