I Called to check my appointment time on 10/23/09 - discoverd all the phones were disconnected. Did an online search and saw just a few days prior to my appointment they closed there doors. I am out over $2,000.00 - of course I paid in advance. Has anyone noticed on the most recent appointment cards it has Simple Aesthetics at the top and at the bottom of the card it gives this web address www.nuumedspa.com. I went to that web site and found Coral Springs listed as a seemingly active location. I also went onto Sun Biz and found simple aesthetics status was listed as Revoked. I filed a claim with the better business bureau and plan to contact FTC and the State Attorney. This is Theft!

Simple Aesthetics - Filed BBB Report

I wrote a couple of days ago.. went through the same.

I also research their compnay in SunBiz. I called Nu U Spa and they are a call center for Spa companies, etc. They scheduled an appointment at Renu Skin center at the Galleria Mall. Supposedly this company is accepting all Simple Aesthetics customers, all you need to do is call Nu U MedSpa and schedule a consultation and bring the paperwork with you from Simple Aesthetics. I don't know if they are willing to continue the treatment at no additional charge... but i already lost my treatment... all the hair is back...

I also filed a report just now with the Better Business Bureau. If you are taking further action, count me in.
