the tower club in charlotte, nc, a health club is using strong arm tactics to get club fees i do not owe. i paid one year in full, after the year expired they continued to bill me, despite my having informed them that i no longer use the club and have moved out of the area to nyc. they have since hired a lawyer who filed a claim in civil court for $700. this tactic of using lawyers to get money not rightfully owed creates an additional cost and hassel. in addition i think this business practice is immoral and should be stopped. for this reason the tower club of charlotte nc is a company worthy of listing in the ripoff report.
