I ordered one complete system from this company which included a book, a video, and a set of cassette tapes (4). This company had no problem taking my money out of my account - twice. When I received the first complete program the cassette cases were broken and there was no sound in the beginning of the video. When the sound finally came through all you heard were cars in the background, a siren, running water, and the camera man talking to the model. Then I received a second complete package which I did not order.

I was so furious with the first package and with the fact that this company had charged me twice when I only ordered their product once that I sent back everything except one book. I tracked my package that I sent back and the report shows that they received the package on February 15, 2002. It is now March 7, 2002 and I have not received my money.

I have made numerous attempts to get a human being from this company to return my messages. I have called, faxed, e-mailed, and snail mailed this company and they have not once attempted to contact me in any way shape or form.

All I want is my money back. It would be ridiculous to hire a lawyer for a mere $180.00
