Bally Total Fitness *SCAM* signed a 2 year contract and now they are saying it was a 3 year contract! Charlotte North Carolina

Bally Total Fitness is a rip off and scams you out of your money.

DO NOT SIGN A CONTRACT WITH THEM!

I tried to get a copy of my contract faxed to me because they are saying I signed a 3 year contract but I know I signed a 2 year contract. The are claiming that they have NEVER HAVE HAD A 2 YEAR CONTRACT! And they make it very hard to contact someone through the 1-866 402-2559 number they told me to call to get my contract information. When I waited on hold for an hour I finally go through and after I asked to have a copy of the contract sent to me they were then going to try and charge me $10.00 This is basically a admittance as far as I'm concerned of them being in the wrong and holding information from me. I know that contract was 2 years and they do too!

They are a terrible gym to begin with and I should have gone with my first impression but instead gave them the benefit of the doubt with total regret now! I'm surprised they have lasted this long with all the other great options out there with no contracts and EXTREAMLY lower rates a month.

I say, for your own good and to avoid getting robbed don't choose Bally Total Fitness...the only Total they are concerned about is the TOTAL AMOUNT THEY CAN SCAM OUT OF YOU!
