My daughter was diagnosed with a curved spine, first of all finding an orthopedic
that takes Fla Hosp Ins was hard, then when we started to visit the Sports Med location for therapy they were training some one new in the front office; few months later we started getting bills from Fla Hosp for the co-pays , even thought we had paid them each and ever visit.

Five bills later and I'M printing out my bank statements to prove we paid.

no one knows what they did with our payments.

So here I am dealing with it and letting others know if they visit this rehab sports
