Golds Gym-Augusta, Georgia COMPLETE RIPOFF: LIED ABOUT SERVICES AND CANCELLATION POLICY Martinez, Georgia

This is the worst experience I have ever had. I went to the gym when the first opened after telling us they would be open in December, it wasn't until the last week of January before they opened. It was horrible. I have gone twice and after inquiring about cancelling they told me that I had to mail a letter to do so. I mailed the letter along with my key badge and a month later still no acknowlegement. I had to call them and I spoke to one of the ladies at the front desk who told me they didn't receive it, talked to the gym manager and he said the thing. Then miraculously they found it! I sent a page letter on how we were lied to during the presentation and how my co-workers vehicles were being broken into and safety was an issue, and his response was there was nothing he could do and to contact their public relations department. She is the nastiest person I have encountered in a long time. Needless to say they still have not cancelled my acct, I am still being charged, and I don't even have a badge to get into the gym. DO NOT JOIN THIS GYM YOU'LL REGRET IT IN THE END!!!!
