Lady Of America They changed from one year contract to a 3 year contract against my will Miami Lakes, Florida

I signed up in Lady Of America in March 2010 for a one year
contract. On February 2011 – a month before it was it was due I send a letter
to the Financial Dept of theirs and cancelled it.

 Now in June 2011 – Genesis’ which is their collection company is calling me that I owe $1,000 + because my contract said it was 3 years which is not true! When I spoke to the guy named
George, he told me (laughing) that it was their word against mine and that I owed
them that kind of money or they will take it against me!

Reading other letters disputing against Lady Of America of Miami Lakes Florida, I found another lady
in 2008 complaining about the exact same thing! I wish the Better Business Bureau
would investigate about this and other fraudulent cases from Lady Of America. I
can’t find my contract but whenever I try to go there to get a copy of it, they
tell me that the manager is the only one authorize to show and give me a copy
of it and she is never there!

 

Please HELP!!!!
