When I came into your facility with excruciating back pain your doctor didn't do enough to relieve my pain. I was still in the same amount of pain when I left your facility.

Furthermore I was prescribed Ibuprofen which is a very dangerous drug that causes ulcers, and since  have a history of ulcers it was neglectful for the doctor to prescribe this dangerous medication for me. There are several other choices that could have been made to reduce the excruciating back pain that I was suffering from.

Let me go way out on a limb here and take a wild guess.  Oxycontn?  Vicodin?

In case you haven't figured it out, most of the walk-in care facilities have heard the "previous history of ulcers" story dozens of times.
