It has been brought to my attention, after speaking with several of the specialty offices that I onced scheduled appointments with the one of this group of people involved in the bullying and unprofessional behavior, has taken it apon herself to advise these offices that I had been fired, why SHE believes I was fired and what it is like to work with me. All of which is being done on PROVIDENCE equipment, and outside of the capacity of her job. I believe this to be ILLEGAL considering that even during a job verification, the company cannot give any information except for the start date, and end date of the persons employment.
Again I emailed one of the direct managers regarding this matter, and his response, like all the others, " I will address your concerns". However, these are not just MY concerns any longer as these inappropriate conversations with other offices are being conducted on PROVIDENCE equipment and on PROVIDENCE time.
This extremely tight knit community is not very forgiving, and these conversations she had taken upon herself to have, will, without doubt, impede my search for gainful employment in my field.
Make no mistake, I am not without fault, however, I committed no offense that should have cost me my job; I simply spoke up regarding an unprofessional situation that has gone on long before me and to this date continues. Many people have been hurt by this group and have either willingly quit their jobs or ended up being fired, and still this same group retains their jobs to single out yet another victim. In my case, it has continued into my private life as well as into the private sector.
When I began my employment with PROVIDENCE MEDICAL GROUP there was a REAL management team in place. A team that cared, that worked long hard hours to make the work enviroment a better place to be. A team that made people WANT to work for them. One memeber of that team has left PROVIDENCE, another took a better job in another city....PROVIDENCE replaced that great team with people who do not deserve the title or MANAGER in any way. They are unskilled, untrained, uncaring, never available to the workers. They preach what they DO NOT practice, and when ANYONE complains or goes to them for help, they are fired, or put on a shelf.
HR does not exist for this company. They do not have the time for anyone who needs their help. THEY ARE NOT THERE FOR THE PEOPLE. They have not ethics, and do not understand the word "confidentiality". DO NOT TRUST THEM TO HELP YOU. You will be tried and convicted the minute you dial their #.
The job of a "lifetime" has turned into a nightmare that continues to chase me, again , due to the lack of managements ability to control the people who cannot control themselves.
If you care about your self, your self esteem, your dignity, your future, DO NOT SEEK WORK with PROVIDENCE.
see attached pictures of my belongings from my desk, that my CEO advised me, was packed with such care by the 3people, including one manager , who laughed and giggled about me being fired while the broke unreplaceable items. My CEO was sent pictues of this "care" and a police report for malicious vandilism was filed, however, my CEO states he interviewed these people who assured him my desk was packed with EXTREME CARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! how then can ANYONE DENY the story these pictures tell??????????????????????
