Affordable Heat ,edenpure, customer service sucks Internet

product quit working correctly almost immediately. spent three weeks trying to contact number on the book. finally found out that was wrong number. called affordable heat and was given suggestions on how to rig it to work. all the while warranty is running out. the rigging worked for a while and i went with it because i needed the heat. now the unit is completely useless and the company is giving me the run around. feel like if i send it back they will lose it and i will be in the same spot as other person. do not recommend anyone get involved with this company. when they work the heaters are great, but when they dont you have a four hundred dollar box.
