AVS Heating, A/C & Appliance Co Faulty installation and service of Air Conditioning and refusal to make good on "Satisfaction Guarantee" Fairfax Virginia

Over the last several years we have used AVS for air and heating needs. They have replace the outside AND inside units. We continue to have to call them at least twice a year for continued service due to system failures. They have replaced the outside compressor three times. Although they replaced the part under warranty we are still charged $1099.00 for labor EACH time. Currently the system has failed again and AVS refuses to be responsible for faulty work and fix the system without another huge charge. We had another company come out to do a diagnosis and have found out that the suction line dryer is installed incorrectly on the wrong line. The compressor is failed again. We have made repeated attempts to talk to a owner or manager in charge at AVS and our requests have not been honored.

Our options are to start over with a new company, at significant expense to fix damage by AVS or continue to feed good money after bad to AVS if they will not stand up and be responsible for faulty workmanship.
