eComfortusa.com Total rip-off!!! vernon hills, Illinois

My husband and I bought a $5,700 furnace from eComfortusa.com. They took the  money and then told us that they were supposedly having problems with the company that took our money, "the middle man" kinda like paypal. Well we contacted these people and they said that their account had been cancled over six months ago. ecomfort will not rufund our money nor will they send our furnace. They told us that they were ordering it from Great Brtitian and that it should reach their warehouse in a couple of days. No on ever contacted us and when you try to call they screen all their calls. They have yet to return even one of my calls. They have only emailed us one time telling us that if wanted our money, we should go to our bank and ask them to get it back for us.  NEVER buy anything from this company.
