First American Home Warrany this company will not warrany sh*t Internet

First American Home Warranty is truely a rip off company. For four years without a late payment, finally my heat stop working, take them a week to sent technician to diagnose the problem. After they diagnose the problem, they told that it need maintenance, and told me to call other company to do the service and charge me 60$. So I called other company and they told me is not a maintenance issue. So I call First American Home Warranty, again send me another tech, got him self burned and can not find the problem, then the third one then the fourt one, take them two month to figure out the them limit switch is not working, they said it take them 2 week to get part. After 2 week they called and set up day to install part, on the day of install, they call and told us, they can not find the part is discontinue, what the f*k.. and wat me to pay 1500 for new heater, installed fee that is not cover. What the f*k, I could have it done for 1200 include part and labor. This company is rip off people. Does not cover sh*t, and wat me to cash out for 300$.
