Heat-N-Glo Gas Fireplace (Passage Model) does not perform as advertised on websire: www.heatnglo.com.

Advertisement shows a roaring fire and claims the Passage gas fireplace "allows higher BTU's and provides a more robust fire" when actual flames are no more than 5 inches high.
Claims to provide "warm radiant heat" when little heat actually radiates into the surrounding room.

Very expensive fireplace that lists for $2999.00, however you are not told that everything else (even the fireplace doors) are a costly options.
The Heat-N-Glo advertisement is very deceptive showing doors on the fireplace, when they are an additional $1,000.00 option.

I have complanined to Heat-N-Glo, and received nothing other than they say their "advertisements are not deceptive".
