We called Morton Mechanical to come fix HVAC units at 2 of our homes, after the guy was done neither unit worked, just like before so I called the company and talked to the secretary who said she would have the boss call.

Short story, after several tries the boss never called and was conviently never in so we had to pay someone else to fix them. Morton Mechanical charged us $1300.00

You may consider taking Morton Mechanical to Small Claims Court for the actual amount and any court costs. Documents and the other companies bill, statement from the Tech who fixed the units, may be presented as proof. Good luck.
