Report is very much like the one I read on your Website.  Solar heating kit to save me money even to the point that the power company would pay me!!    Only thing I finally received was 1 DVD- in picture on  website 3 are shown....maybe they are all the same??? but impression is 3  plus it was stated that all one would need was included.  A DVD surely isn't going to be used as a solar panel!!! Crazy! 

The bank that Power4Home uses stated after contacting them 2 times stated that the account was closed.  This after less than 45 days not sure exactly of time but definitely less than 60 days.  I have since emailed 4-6 times the company and have  receive and answer to the effect that they needed to study things.  No response first 2 or emails. 

Finally they stated that they agreed to send another DVD- which I did and do not want... I didn't watch the first one because I did not want to open the packed...I did open the packet because I had no idea who the  package was from.  Sounds like a great confidence in their company!  Or is it just plain deception?  I couldn't just return it because the address is different than Power4Home's listed on Internet.  

I would tell everyone else to not waste your time or money with the company.  The advertising is suspect, their guarantee to this point at least is worthless, their service is spotty at  best, and your chances for a return of your funds is like milking trying to get milk out of a bull!
