I spent over Just under $300 buying a RC plane from Banana hobby and it arrived with defective electronics and missing parts. I contacted them and received no reply for a couple weeks. I decided to chat with a live chat support rep. told me no problem. After no parts for another month i decided to chat with them again. Told me they found my email and they would process the part request.

Every couple months i email them saying i got nothing and i get no reply. I took a screen shot of the online chat and even sent that to them to try and get a response but they dont care that they are ripping a lot of people off. 

The website brags about customer support and that the customer is the most important  part of their business. The website needs to be shut down the internet has become flooded with hate towards this company!
