Ordered a diecast cast from this seller. Package arrived in good condition. However, upon unpacking, I observed that a damaged item was shipped. After getting approval, I returned this item by UPS and with a tracking number. After 4 weeks, they still refuse to refund. In the past, they have shipped damaged items before, so this is a trend with them.

We did refund full amount right away when model came back in our posession. This buyer called and yelled at our customer service representative. Profane language was used. We never ship damaged merchandise to our valued customers. We have 2 layer quality control inspection before items are packed to minimize any issue with customers.We have been in business online for more than 10 years with thousands of satisfied,returning customers all over the world. Our good reputation online says it all.
