A C Financing Service Told me I was going to get $250,00 in grant money and they made me pay with a certified check of $419.00 to get grant to start me a business. I did not receive the money and the Phone number was disconnected. Champlain New York

I wanted to start a small business and I got on the internet looking for grants. I came upon a web site called,"Government Grants@washingtonusa,com".

I printed the papers off the computer of the steps that they wanted me to take to qualify for the grant money. A women by the name of Rachel Walker contacted me and told me that she would be the person I would be dealing with.

She told me that I needed to get a list of items that it would take for me to start my small business. I had to go and get prices of all my supplies and send them to her with a letter stating who this was from and what I was sending her along with the $419.95.

She told me that as soon as they receive my money that she was going to contact Washington DC and get it approved and filed and then after this I would be receiving my grant money of $250,000.00.

When I called her back to contact her the phone number was disconnecteed and I never heard from her again and I cannot track her down. I have been on the internet to track her down and there are two Rachel Walkers in New York. So, they kept my $419.95 and ran and I need to get my money back.

Plus, I had to pay $14.40 to get a Certified Check for a trwo day delivery.

Please help me get my money back.
