American Intertainment Distributors, Box Office Express Ripoff, Purchased a automated vinding machine for $38,000. We never received our machine. When we called we couldn't get anyone to respond and help us. We had secured a location. This whole company is a SCAM. Hollywood Florida

Purchased a "Box Office Express" automated vending machine form American Entertainment Distributors, Inc. The purchase price was $38,000.00. We were required to send a cashiers check. After they recieved the money they were to send a Video vending machine to us. We sent it on April 1, 2004.

They had assurd of us tech-support, installation assistance, training and customer service. We secured a location and we have never recieved the machine. When we called we would get the run around or no one was there to help us, finally when we called the phones were shut off! That was on or about Oct.5, 2004.

We have filed with the Florida Dept. of Consumer Services and the Federal Trade Commission. I spoke with them today and they are preparing to go again to court this Friday, Nov. 19, 2004.

What we can expect from this I don't know. If anyone has any information about going forward to recover the money lost please let me know.
