Cash Link Systems ripoff ATM Business Miami Florida

I have been with Cash Link since December 2003, and have yet to get my 3 units located. All I get is the same old line, " It will be taken care of!" Now 9 months later, nothing has happened. I have asked for my money back many times. Customer Service MGR Carmine Russo told me that I would never get my money back and it would be tied up with lawyers for a very long time. They put me with Synergy locators for 4 months but, nothing happened, just broken promises. I am still getting the run around on a weekly basis, if I can get anyone on the phone.
What steps can I take to get my funds back from this company. This has been the biggest ripoff ever. I was promised to be located by the end of January 2004. Still I sit and wait for nothing. What can I do? Please advise!

I looked at your rippoffreport and it is sad. I happen to know a lot about the ATM business regarding alleged business opportunites and franchises. These questions need to be answered for me to continue to assist:
1. How much do you have invested with them?
2. What is there company website
3. Do you know where they are advertising now?
Most of these companies like, atmbusiness, MPS, Fidelity ATM, ATM Source, The ATM Franchise Business are happy to take your up front money. They are not in the business of residual income but up front fees. For the $30k min. investment (in most cases) to the much larger investments you could have 5 to 20 times what they are providing you. Most think they have some proven system that is flawless or effortless but that is never the case. You could lease and have 10 machines placed and installed for less than $10k!!!
