The company had a TV comercial advertising how you can invest in their "ATM" Machines. When I responded I spoke with Peter Solo they got a deposit for $1000 and another $5500 after I agreed to be a " Local Distributor" and set up and maintain the 2 ATM machines they sent me.

Before they got my money they called me all the time, after they got my money they never called! I called them on several occassions trying to get the "Business Locations they promised me. They simply gave me a run around until this past week when the phone line was always busy. I guess they have packed up (the web site is also disapeared) other names of the "criminals" involved were Larry Lang, and some guy named Charles.

Let's get some Justice

AUTHOR: Brian - New York (U.S.A.)

Hi Bradley,

I dealt with that same bastard, Peter Solo. Just the mere mention of the name gets my blood boiling. I, and a couple of others, are trying to mobilize as many of us through out the country as possible who have been ripped off by Cash Link Systems, in an attempt to put pressure on whatever government agency is neccessary (and most effective) to help us receive justice (which in the case of everyone I've spoken to is nothing less than all their money back and the heads of this company in prision).

Yes, you are right, they are no longer operating (i.e. ripping people off). Their offices were raided and apparently there are warrants out for some of their arrests, I'm looking further into the details of the latter.

Please visit my website at
www.cashlinksystemsripoff.com and send me an email with your contact info and let's talk.
I am trying to create a network of information sharing between all of us with hopes of mobilizing our efforts for justice, and hence strengthening the results of our efforts.

My diligence (in trying to clean up the mess I've gotten myself into with this crooked company) has made me a couple of good contacts down in Miami (including a news reporter from the ABC affiliate down there who is following the story) that have provided me with some important information that I otherwise might not have found out about until much after the fact, if at all.

I look forward to hearing from you, and though I wish all our energies didn't have to be focused this bullshit, I know at the same time that justice is not going to simply come from the top down without as many of us as possible putting pressure on it to happen.

(Just look at the FTC's petty settlement with Merchant Payment Solutions:
http://www.ftc.gov/opa/2003/07/merchant.htm)

It's our efforts that give us the best chance of justice being done on our behalf.
