I have brought this software last year. And I was hopping it was a ONLINE CLASSROOM to teach you the Medical Billing and Coding. But It wasn't. When I realize from other online Colleges that this company is a fraud, then I realize I have to do something. So I stop payment as of Janurary of this year. Then I was getting emails and letters that I haven't paid my payment. Now I am getting an collection agency to get money from me for CBT.

I owe, $545.44. I have report this to BBB of Clearwater I got them involoved and they talked to the company and they said that I can't CANCEL because the CONTACT that I sign or anyone that gets involoved with them they sign a Contract that they can't cancel this agreement with them. I have to pass my test or if I don't pass my test they will give your money back. Well I just wanted them to completly cancel my acct. because it is not teaching me anything about Medical coding, and they are not accredited school. And they are not a school they are just a company selling software to you.

Boy, was I mad. So BBB mailed me letter saying they can't do anything else for me they will let the politic know about them but that is all. So should I get my lawyer involoved in this miss, that I have done to my self. Now that I am in a SCHOOL and graduating in July, I will be getting my license of Medical Coder and billing specialist.
