I performed transcription services for Coleen Rand/Rand Reporting & Transcription for almost 8 years. While she had always paid slowly and late, I was always paid eventually, until now.  I have outstanding invoices with her for almost $6,000.  She hasn't paid one dime since early December and refuses to answer e-mails, phone calls or text messages from both my attorney and myself.

I have been made aware that she also owes other transcriptionists money with a total owing of close to $100,000.  

This woman/agency has been paid by the courts and attorneys for work performed by me, but she has kept all funds and refuses to pay me what is owed or communicate with me, or anyone else she owes money to, in any way.
