Emillionaire work at home, emillionaire, google Internet

I called the toll free number listed on my credit card (CPIpay.com/n-remedies 8668346878 GBR) and I got a refund of $47 but not the FOREIGN TRANSACTION FEE*FINANCE CHARGE of $1.46. I called because I didn't know the company that charged my card. When I called I was told it was for the emillionaire program. I NEVER agreed to more then the $1.95.

Now they did give me a refund but I was also charged 47 a second time same day they gave me a refund. I called my cc company about this and was told it was being transfered to my new card and am not being charged an additional amount. They are sending me a new cc because
"Important Security Message A recent merchant database compromise may have put your account at risk."
I don't know if this has anything to do with this company but I would check.
