Freelance Work Exchange ripoff Did not receive product nor answer to many queries Australia

I ordered and paid for a Work At Home Success Kit for $49.00. I never received the kit. I called and e-mailed rob.palmer@freelanceworkexchange.com many times to no avail.

When I called at first I was told that I would receive a code to download. I never received it. I wrote support twice, Rob Palmer twice and telephoned twice again.

I never received replies to my e-mails. The last time I called I was told that someone would call me the next day. No one called and it has been days. I wrote an e-mail saying I would report them to Rip-Off if I did not hear from them but I still got no reply.

I was ripped off for $49.00.
