The $3.88 work from home money kit pictured on the website is actually only one CD and arrived 16 days after I ordered it. (Forget about the 100 % no hassle money back guarantee for the shipping payment.) When I called I was told that the conditions exist only 7 days after the order is placed. I explained that I just received the kit and the customer service kept repeating the same thing, "it doesn't apply to the kit."

I read the printout back to her from the website, and her reply was, "the terms and conditions say otherwise." There are no refunds. She told me I was getting on her nerves and hung up on me. I was also charged $72.21 for a month of service before I received the kit, which they refuse to credit. I am disputing the charge on my Visa as this is FRAUD.
