    Corporate Advocacy Program
Do not give your money to this company. They will not give you anything viable in return. They will lie and lead you on until it is to late to do anything. The corp I bought was worthless. They said they would get me a line of credit for my business. 8 weeks later I get 6 inquiries on my credit report...for credit cards.

Of course when the credit cards came they were all closed for FRAUD! They had even lied to get those...which I never approved. And how they got me flagged for fraud on what would have been a total of $6000.00 in credit card lines I have no idea. I myself on my personal credit have $100,000 in credit lines. How they managed to charge me $17k for some corporation and in return I get a fraud alert and $6k in credit lines that were closed before received. The credit card companies did mention several other accounts were flagged for fraud that were submitted by Hidalgo.

Even to this day Lee Peterson still tries to blame me for not getting the loan. After 4 months he sends me via email a blank sba loan ap that I could have obtained anywhere and wants me to lie on that! No thank you.

They are very smooth talkers and I am sure that some have received loans...but I seriously doubt that if there are loans that were obtained that they were submitted with any truth.

Re: Hidalgo Finance Group, Lee Peterson, Dalton Locke, Hidalgo Finance, Hidalgo Coporation, $17,000 for aged shelf corp. and loan. No Reults! Company

AUTHOR: Hidalgo - Scottsdale (U.S.A.)

Dear Sara Nightingale,

I am glad to respond to your recent post with Ripoff Report regarding a previous business transaction with Hidalgo. Our records show you had purchased an existing company from us which included all intellectual properties and any existing assets as specified within the "Corporate Agreement" that you had accepted and signed prior to remitting payment of $17,000 for purchase.

Mr. Peterson had taken over your account due to the fact that the sales agent that you originally placed the order through was no longer working for Hidalgo.

Our company serves as a alternative lender and consultant for those who need assistance obtaining venture capital and commercial financing. The agreement you signed clearly outlines the terms and conditions of product and services included with your purchase. The agreement also authorizates our company to refer your application and business details to potential lenders.

US Bank approved your company's credit application, issued credit cards, and later terminated the accounts for reasons unknown. Hidalgo cannot be liable for US Bank's policies, nor can we guarantee approval with any lender.

Hidalgo had worked with you several weeks to find a sufficient lending program to fit the working capital needs you desired. Your original purpose for seeking funds had changed multiple times before it was determined what your company was qualified for.

Hidalgo offers additional services to customers such as preparation for the SBA loan package. You are welcome to pursue completing this process on your own, however many choose to use a consultant or counsel to do so since there is a specific format and guidlines the SBA requires from a business and its owners thus holding a better chances at being approved. You were offered this service along with our acceptance to cover the necessary advances fees for loan submission. You have yet to reply to our office with necessary details for us to assist you further.

Hidalgo would be glad to assist your company to obtain funding whereas we need your cooperation and participation, being you are the applicant.

Kind regards,

Colene, Hidalgo Finance Group
