I ordered The Complete Guide to Mystery Shopping Second Edition. I started to call the companies in the book. I called one company and that person said that they don't use the National Financial Publications,Inc any more. I continued on down the list and I realized this is not what I wanted to do. So I started to call the company and got a recording each time and then I got a different phone number for customer service and that number had a recording . So I ended up e-mailing them and got routed to Ripoff Report. So here I am.

I would send a certified letter asking for your full refund. They probably dont want to mess w/US post office. Make it simple & sweet that you want a full refund because you decided this isnt for you. Good Luck
