I was trying to expand my business when i called National Grants. When i called they told me that i qualified for a grant.
When i received the packet I made appt. with Small Business Admin., thats when I learned that this was a scam, because of the fact that i am not a non-profit business.
In order to get my money back I would have to write over 200 letters to companies that may or may not exist, which were provided to me by National grants. If these companies do not respond that is consider a denial letter. Which means (No Refund).
That is not what I was told over the phone.
I called there help line number on April 7, 2004, which is not in service, Surprise, Surprise. I paid them $199.95 dollars of hard earned money and in return I get scamed.
It's time for these people to get a real job and quit ripping people off.
