I went to their web site and applied for a position and one of their salesperson called and talk to me about the company and she told me I had to pay 74.00 to get started so I did I got an email with the trianing packet it in so I opened it and began to read and found to it so cold calls and so I email the girl and ask for my money back she told me to go to the site and request a refund I didn't hear anything so I found a number and I called it and ask about my refund she told me I was denied and that i need to email another lady and talk to her.
She told me I had to make 500 calls before i could get my money back. So I emailied her agian telling I didn't even use the companies access code and *I want my money back within 24 hours. Then she returned my email and told me I would get my refund in seven to ten days. I haven't got it yet but it should by this wensday.

For those that don't know, in some states, included in the telephone solicitation laws, a consumer has 3 days to reconsider any payments or agreements that they've given permission toward, without penalty, especially if a credit card is used as a method of payment, and I stress the words, 'by law'.
There have been updated solicitation laws in at least 21 states of this date, so if a person is reading this, and regrets the decision they've made, keep this in mind, and do your research, because these laws vary from state to state......
......and don't let an NHCD minion tell you otherwise, because they're certainly not told this when they join the band wagon, so why should they tell you when they 'hire' you? You're worth nothing to them except a whopping 10 bucks.
