Pipeline Construction Fraud Vancouver , Washington

An individual kept calling my business looking to speak to me. When I finally spoke to him on the phone he told me about a list of links to look for GC's. Said this would put me in business right away.

 Initially i told him I was not intereted, he wanted to charge me $100 a month for the service. I continued to say "no thanks", not interested, don't have any money right now... Then he persuaded me by lowering the price to $50. I remember him even saying "Please, just try it out". "I haven't signed anyone the last couple of days".

Having just started my business i thought, I'd give it a try. So he asked for my routing # and check information, assured me he'd be faxing a contract for me to sign along with the list from Pipeline.

Never again did he call, fax anything. I waited  a few days, I could not find any contact information on this company as I did not know that this company was not in CA were i was looking, but in Vancouver. I contacted my banker.

Last week my account was withdrawn for $50 again. So i contacted my banker again, decided to look up Construction Pipeline under Google and to my surprise.... found this website with other complaints about this company that goes around calling people, getting their information and taking their money. Just like it happened to me.

I have filed a dispute with my bank, I have sent Construction Pipeline a dispute letter for them to send my money back, and also wrote a letter to their bank as I found on the back of the check that they created to cash from my account. Thats how I found out they were in Vancouver. The endorsement was to Bank Of America in Vancouver, MA. for Pipeline Construction.

Yes, I learned my lesson. Never give out my information over the phone.
