Raven Media Deceptive, Poor Customer Service, Unreachable Las Vegas Nevada

Customer came into the bank complaining of a duplicate charge on his debit card. Customer claimed he spent 1.5 hour on his cell phone trying to reach them - so we called with the office phone.

Spent 0.5 hours on the phone before we were disconnected. We started the queue as number 92 and went down to 82 before being disconnected.

Today -

I called and started the queue at number 25. 2 hours and 50 minutes later I hungup because I had only reached number 6.

Company claims you have to call their 24/7 customer service to discontinue service but the wait time is insane and unreasonable.

I have submitted them to the Nevada Better Business Bureau and to RipOffReports to protect other consumers.

First and foremost I would like to offer my sincerest apologies to Bradrose for the difficulty he has had in reaching our customer service department. Due to the holiday we had been experiencing a much higher call volume, causing technical issues with our phone system. Those issues have now been resolved and you should have absolutely no trouble getting through at this time. The number for customer service is 866-396-5695. The hours of operation are 9 am - 9 pm Eastern Time, not 24/7 as reported in the original post.

I have verified that Bradrose was contacted and his banking customer's account was resolved to his satisfaction.

If our support staff fails to offer the quality and professionalism that we expect them to provide then I would personally like to know about it so that I can resolve the issue so that it doesn't continue to happen. I also guarantee to personally see to it that anyone who has had a negative experience with our staff or company is satisfied.
