I've paid to attened the Wholesaling For Dollars bootcamp. I paid my money in full and attend the complete seminar. I spoke with a few people at the seminar and they seemed jazzed up about it. They were new just like me. Ran into three people and it was their second time back and haven't made any money with Terry's real estate bootcamp/course. I thought maybe they were doing something wrong, but I still wanted to try it. I spent about 9 or 10 months trying to work the program.

Terry Wygal doesn't fill you in on the expensive cost of direct mailing,news paper, and phone book ads. I've spent several thousand dollars using his supposed "greatest marketing material". I've got very bad leads, hardly no response. I'd email Terry Wygal about my situation, and I was told to advertise more. In Terry's original advertising for the bootcamp, which I have a print out of. It claimed I had a 1 yr. money back guarantee, if not delighted. I asked Terry Wygal for my money back, but he refused. I tried contacting my credit card company, but it was too late. I've lost several thousand dollars, because of Terry and his con. I contacted the State Attorney General from Texas and they office said they have several complaints against him. Some investors lost money with him also. The BBB was my last resort, but he doesn't respond. He runs a few websites below:
