I have to admit that I stupidly got into this mess back in March 2007! I am a 36 yr old Registered Nurse who has sever heart problems and am no longer able to work. I thought this might be a great way to help my families financial problems that has occured not only due to my sickness and inablility to work but also the total financial devistation that we incurred after losing everything in Hurricane Katrina.

I ended up investing quite alot of our meager saving due to the fact that I was pressured by ALL of the continuous telephone calls wanting me to invest more and more each time.

After 3 weeks of not seeing any results, I called the company and asked for a complete refund. I was told at that time that I owed them money! I argued with several different people and was finally told in May that I would be getting a refund. However, it is now July and my refund is nowhere to be seen. Yesterday I called the customer service representative that had agreed to the refund and low and behold, he is no longer employeed with the company. To make matters worse, they have no record showing that a refund was requested and of course it has been well over the 30 day money back guarantee time limit.

After reading over all of the complaints from others on this site. I researched Mr. Lapre and noticed that he has filed bankruptcy on more than one occasion. I am very much interested in attempting a class action suit against this company but am worried that if something is not done soon, the company will not longer exist. I have no idea on where to even start something like this. Any ideas?
