Now let me make it clear....my paypal is used every single day where i send money and money is sent to me daily with zero issue AT ALL. If they sent any money to my paypal..it would have went thru with no issue at all. Even paypal will verify this. I also have my home addy included with my treasure trooper account. They never once contacted me to say there was a issue. They have the money on their account paid on my behalf which means they can pay me at any time without a issue....there was no attempts to ACTUALLY pay me....now on to the replies they have given me...in their own words...
Unfortunately, when we checked with PayPal, they informed us that your account is not verified, so your earnings will carry over till next month. Please either get your PayPal verified or change your payment method to “check” so that you can receive your payment then. Sorry!
We apologize for any confusion, Joseph, but as stated on your My Profile page (and when you chose your payment method), we pay via PayPal to verified accounts only. Yours isn't ("Status: Unverified" from your message). You'll need to either get your account verified or change your method to "check" in order to be paid next month. Sorry!

We are not refusing to pay you, Joseph. Payment processing has been completed for this month; checks have already been written. We do this once a month only, between the 15th and the 20th. That doesn't mean that it's "open" till the 20th. When it's done, it's done. Your PayPal account was not set up to accept a payment that we, in good faith, tried to make, so you will simply have to wait. It states clearly, where you chose to enter your PayPal address when you opted for that method, that we pay via PayPal to verified accounts only. You apparently overlooked that, and that was unfortunate. We're sorry, but our policy is firm. Your current balance, along with anything else you earn by September 30, will be paid out to you via check October 15-20. Sorry.
Joseph, you're spending an awful lot of time and energy arguing about something that's already been decided and explained to you. You chose a method of payment that was clearly invalid in your particular situation. It was your error, not ours. Payment processing has been concluded for this month. You can report us to the BBB or consult a lawyer or whatever you'd like, but you're quoting very selectively from the terms, and they're going to take one look at it and say we're within our rights to delay your payment, as you did not provide us with a valid vehicle for paying you until after processing had been completed. We don't pay people who have missing information or who haven't provided us a W-9 after making $600 in a year either. The terms don't specify how every single possible situation will be handled. They do, however, also state this: "TT shall, at no time, have any commitment toward any user." That doesn't mean we're trying to escape from our responsibility to pay. We're a legitimate business, with ethical practices. However, we DO process payments only once a month, and that is over for this month. You missed the boat. You'll be paid next month, assuming you've either selected "check" or gotten your PayPal verified.
This is the last reply you'll get regarding this issue. Due to your own error, you will be paid next month, not this month, assuming that the error is corrected. We are within our rights to do this. If you believe otherwise, it is, of course, your right to seek outside counsel or to report us to business-monitoring agencies.
