Well, I was scammed from this company myself, and sought help from the Arizona Attorney General. While this was some time ago, here is a letter I received today from the A.G. office you might be intersted in hearing about. It reads this...

Re: Universal Business Strategies, CIC01-30988

The Consumer Protection and Advocacy Section of our office conducted an investigation of Universal Business Strategies. the business ceased operations some time ago and we were unable to take action against the corporation.

We recently learned that the president of the company, Joseph Deihl, passed away last month and we, therefore, are unable to pursue further action in this matter.

Even though we may have been unable to assist you in this matter, we wish to thank you for bringing possible violations of the Consumer Fraud Act to our attention.
