Floors Today store miscalculated amount of trim, & refused to refund $600.00 worth of unused product. Ripoff Clermont Florida

We purchased a hardwood floor from Floors Today in Clermont Florida. We brought the floor plan with measurements of our house to so the salesperson could firgure a material list.

When the installer came to install the floor he noticed we had too much trim, and said we would have alot left over. The store sold us 26 pieces at $29.88 each, and we had 18 pieces left over.

We attempted to return the unused pieces, and the store said they had to get corporate aproval due to the amount being over $300.00. That was over two weeks ago,and every time we call the store they tell keep telling us their E-mail is down or they have been too busy or they cant get a hold of their manager.
