HSN.com or Home Shopping Network, HSN, thru World Financial Capital Bank owned by Alliance Data, charges 26.99% or 27% interest on returned items because they charge you when you order, but don't issue credits for 6 to 8 weeks. Regular credit card banks have a dispute department where you don't pay for goods returned, nor does a regular bank charge interest when you return items and wait for the company to issue the credit.
