JAMES BURKE ELITE TILE AND STONE Busniess owner James Burke collected money for carpet tiel and counter tops, did not deliver or instal product , after purchasing and figured out I was scammed I investagated , contractors lisc is sus CATHEDRAL CITY, California

On 9-20-11I went to a tile and carpet store in cathedral city, purcchased flooring for my entire new house. The owner was very persoanble and helpful. After purchasing the product he had many excuses, such as the carpet was delived but it was defective and had to send it back, then there was credit issues with the company and hes trying to work it out and every week was a diffrent story now he will not return calls, sometimes will return a text with a "yes" answer.

In conclusino its been nearly 3 months and he has no intention of refunding or correcting the issue. there has been other cases filed with this particular vendor doing the same thing to others. His contracting lisc and busniess lisc are suspended. I dont understand how he can do this more than once and able to get away with it.  Please Please help, I gave him all the money we can not carpet and move into our new house. Please Help
