Lowes Home Improvement Center refuses worker comp when injured at work then fires then balks at judge Phillipsburg New Jersey

After a serious fall from a moveable staircase, about 15-10 foot high, to the concrete floor below, resulting in loss of conciousness and amnesia,Lowes decided that it did not want to honor its legal requirement to offer worker's compensation (New Jersey is a no-fault state-you fell, you were at work, you are covered). Then, when I COMPLAINED-THEY FIRED ME.

tHEN THEY REFUSED TO HONOR THE JUDGE'S REQUEST AT AN informal hearing that I requested that they cover me for lost wages and for medical treatment. They also cut off my insurnce the day I was fired, after promising me it would be in effect until the end of the month. They have refused all attempts to get treatment, or offer any compensation for lost wages. I have spoken with other Lowes employess treated similiarly.
