Original order was delayed in arriving. Charged on 7/8/08, sent email on 7/18/08. never heard response. Received goods about week later. Finally got goods, but sent one incorrect item. Emailed again-still no response. That was about 7 days ago. If they are remedying the problem, wish they would email and let me know.
