On May 22, 2011, I placed an order online from The Nature Company in the amount of $75.30 which I paid through PayPal.  My funds cleared that same day and I expected to receive my order in a week or so.  It is now October 21st and despite numerous phone calls to "Robert" and several conversations which indicated that he would get my items out to me immediately, I have not received anything (neither product nor refund).  On one occasion, I called the contact number (obtained from PayPal) and Kathy answered the phone.  She stated that they were at a trade show and would send both the items I ordered and a check on Friday.  Perhaps I should have inquired as to which Friday?  Needless to say, I will never do business with this company again and would suggest that you not even consider looking, let alone buying.

A Refund!!!!!!!!!!

Today (January 4, 2012), I received an email from PayPal stating that my money has been refunded.  It's been seven months but I never gave up.  As a matter of fact, I filed a complaint with the State of Wisconsin's Consumer Protection folks and according to the letter I received from them, they requested that the Nature Company respond to their inquiry.  That was about a month ago. 

The message from The Nature Company indicated that my order had been lost and "rediscovered" when they were working on their taxes.  My guess is that getting the state involved lit a fire under them.

I'll still not order from them EVER AGAIN and would not recommend them to anyone.  Seven months to get a refund and not even a "gee, we're really sorry about this" to be had.

No the state had nothing to do our refund with this case we refunded the customer in full even though the customer has some product for free that was shipped we apologize for any inconvenience on your part we ship thousands of orders a year with 99.999% of them very happy sorry we are human and things can go wrong as they do in everyone's life again sorry

I never received ANY product from the Nature Company and had they been responsive to my calls, this could have been handled in a much more professional manner.  I suppose I am one of the fortunate few who has never had an issue such as this with a company.  We live in a very rural area and order most of our gifts, clothing, electronics, etc., online.

Just wanted to set the record straight that while I did finally receive the refund, there were NO PRODUCTS received.  However, my thanks to The Nature Company for at least refunding my money.
